TROPICAL PINK SPRINGTAILS
This species is long established in the hobby and is probably one of the most adaptable. Able to tolerate conditions ranging from extremely arid to super saturated, this springtail lends itself for use under many different circumstances. As an adult they grow just slightly smaller than a pinhead cricket, so can even be used as a tiny feeder! They also tend to breed profusely and it doesn't usually take long before they get established in whatever habitat they're introduced to.
The level of "pink" colouration their name invokes varies wildly between different strains of this hexapod, ranging from pale white to strong pink.

If you require your order to be shipped it is strongly recommended that you chose the CLAY or FLAKE SOIL alternatives over the CHARCOAL. Charcoal colonies ship very poorly and any rough handling in transit can lead to mortality rates reaching as high as 90%. As such Live Arrival Guarantee is not applicable on any charcoal colonies which are shipped.
