A greenhouse pest can be found around the world thriving in warm and humid conditions and is not cold tolerant. This species is capable of climbing smooth surfaces, and males can reportedly fly.
 Can be used as a feeder (recommended to dead-head'n them before offering) but also make interesting display animals due to their bold and active nature in combination with their colouration and size.
