BLACK SOLDIER FLY LARVAE [BSFL]
No, it's not as sexy a name as Phoenix worms, Calciworms, or other names that these insects are marketed under, but they're the same bug as these. The key difference is that these ones are bred and raised at the Ontario Invert Farm rather than outsourced to a 3rd party, allowing us complete quality control from start to finish.
The larvae of BSF are about as close to the ideal feeder as one can get for an all-inclusive diet item for your insectivorous pet. They are high in protein, have a great calcium to phosphorus ratio, and are high in trace minerals.
