NOSY ROLY POLY
(Armadillidium nasatum)
The nosy roly poly is a member of the Armadillidium group of isopods, meaning it is capable of rolling into a ball, like the larger common roly poly (A. vulgare).
The OIF offers both wild-type nasatum and the 'peach' morph of this species.
Like its wild counterpart, the peach morph of this isopod is highly adaptable and breeds at a good speed. There is a fair level of variation observed in this morph, ranging from a solid peach blush to mostly pale with pink highlights.
